Q: How does this work
when I want to make changes?
When you have
changes you'd like made to your website you can use our convenient
online software. For more information on this free service,
visit our
'how to send
changes page'.
You can also send us an email to
Webmaster@eProImage.com.
Requests are updated in the order they are received. All
requests are updated within 2-7 business days, depending on the
Webmaster's backlog. Once completed, we'll reply to your
request letting you know its been taken care of.
Q: How do I know if
you received my change request?
When sending
a request through our online software a confirmation email will be
sent to you immediately to let you know we've received your request.
If you send a request through email, simply apply a 'read receipt'
to the email before sending. Most email applications have this
option. We will acknowledge the read receipt request when it
is read, otherwise we acknowledge completion. For instructions on
how to apply a read receipt in Microsoft Outlook
Q: What if the
changes do not look like what I wanted?
It's very
important that you send detailed instructions explaining exactly
what you'd like done to your website. If the requested changes
are not what you intended, simply send a new email with instructions
on what you'd like changed. Sending an email response stating
what's 'wrong' with the update does not always specify what you'd
like changed.
Q: What should I
put on my website?
A website can
be many things. In its simplest form it could be a single page
advertisement, similar to one you would print in a newspaper or
magazine, except that it would be available all day every day.
A more useful website would consist of a few pages describing your
business / organization and informing potential customers of the
products or services you offer. This can be coupled with contact
information and a direct e-mail link so that your customers can
easily request more information should they need it. More
complex sites can contain an unlimited amount of additional
information, can have complete online catalogues of the products you
offer and even allow customers to order and purchase products from
you online.
Helpful Steps to
get started:
1. Decide
what information you would like to offer on your site. No one knows
your business like you do.This can be as brief as one page
describing who you are, where you are located, what you do, and how
to contact you, or it can be as comprehensive as you wish. You can
include as many pages as you like describing your products and
services or offering information you feel is relative to the needs
of your customers and the general public.
2. Send us
your content & changes. Tell us what you want on your site, what you
do, what you want your site to do for you. We take your information
and pictures, brochures, or other graphics and combine them to make
attractive, readable, professional pages. We’ll work closely with
you to make sure you get what you need and want.
3. Once your
web site is up and running, you will still need to review and
request any changes you need at no additional cost! You may want to
add pages or other services. Your services or prices may change.
Perhaps you need to make a few changes in the text of your pages. We
can do that too! We will take care of your site and see that it is
kept up to date and that all elements are working together properly.
Q:
Do I need to hire a "local" web site designer?
We create
web sites for clients who are local as well as out of state. We take
pride in our ability to
communicate effectively with clients in any location. We'll
make you feel like we're 'just down the street'.
Q: How long does it take to have a
web site designed?
If we
are able to register your domain name immediately, we'll have your
website online within just 2-7 days. After viewing your
starting website online, you'd provide us with the changes you'd
like to make.
Q: Web Site Content - What Do I Put
On My Site?
That
would depend on the goals of your web site. If you run a business
website you would include as much information about your products or
services that your customers would need to purchase from you.

name?
Yes. For us to host your website we would need to transfer your

would automatically maintain the annual fees and renewals to insure
your domain name is properly maintained and renewed each year.
Q: I am looking at moving away from
designing the site myself just due to time constraints and my
limited knowledge. Will you take care of the technical aspect of
html coding, server maintenance etc.?
This is exactly why we designed our web hosting services to take
care of the techie stuff... while you determine how and what you'd
like to market on your website.
Q: Can I make direct changes to my
website using templates or other software?
Our
webhosting service takes care of all of the technical aspects of
webhosting. You can send changes as often as you'd like for no extra

instructions, preferences, and graphic designs you provide. We
would not be able to use other software or permit direct access to
our servers for security reasons.

How many pages can I have on my
site?
